Your fragrance choices
The fragrance selector works in your browser. Your choices are not sent to a matching server, saved in a customer account or attached to your email subscription.
Email updates and your consent
Our sign-up form collects your email address, your consent to a launch notification and your optional preference for occasional fragrance recommendations, news and offers. We use these details to send only the emails you have requested. You must confirm your address using the link emailed to you before your subscription becomes active.
Ongoing marketing is optional. Leaving that choice blank or choosing no means launch updates only. You can withdraw consent at any time using an unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use.
Our email provider
We use EmailOctopus, operated by Three Hearts Digital Ltd, to provide the sign-up form, store subscriptions and send emails on our behalf. It processes subscription and delivery records, including confirmation and unsubscribe activity. We do not sell your email address or give it to fragrance brands for their own marketing.
EmailOctopus states that its core data is hosted in Ireland. Its suppliers may process data in other countries under the safeguards described in its data processing terms. See also its privacy information.
Hosting and spam protection
This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Connection information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs may be processed to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to the website.
The embedded sign-up form is supplied by EmailOctopus. Loading and using the form shares technical information with EmailOctopus to process your subscription. We ask you to confirm your email address before joining the mailing list.
How long we keep information
We keep subscription details while needed to provide the updates you requested. If you unsubscribe, we stop those emails and retain a limited suppression record to avoid adding you again by mistake. We retain consent records only for as long as necessary to demonstrate permission or resolve a complaint. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and deal with follow-up questions.
Questions and your rights
We rely on consent for subscription emails and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site and responding to enquiries for those activities. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
